Effective September 28, 2026
Coverlynx Benefits Group (“Coverlynx,” “we,” or “us”) provides insurance and benefits review services. This notice describes how we handle information submitted through our website, forms, appointment booking, and connected social channels. Contact us at [email protected] or 1301 E Parkerville Rd, DeSoto, TX 75115.
Information we collect
When you ask for a benefits review, we collect the name, phone number, email address, coverage interests, and other details you choose to provide. Booking an appointment also gives us scheduling details. If you contact us through Facebook, Instagram, or a Meta lead form, we receive the information you submit there. Our website and service providers may also receive routine technical information such as browser, device, and visit data. Please do not put a Medicare number, Social Security number, medical records, or detailed health information in a general inquiry form.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your request, discuss coverage choices, schedule and manage appointments, and maintain records of our communications and consent. Consultation-related texts and marketing texts have separate optional choices on our form. We send marketing texts based on the marketing-text choice; you can reply STOP to opt out. Consent to marketing texts is not required to request a review.
Sharing and enrollment
HighLevel and providers that support our website, forms, CRM, scheduling, and communications process information for these services. When you request help with coverage, we may share relevant details with a licensed agent, agency, or insurer involved in the option you request, including a carrier with which we are contracted. We work with multiple carriers, including Humana. Our ACA follow-up may offer a HealthSherpa link; if you choose to use it, HealthSherpa processes the information you enter there under its own notices. We do not treat a general inquiry as permission to distribute it to every carrier.
Medicare information
Medicare Advantage and Part D marketing and enrollment information is handled under applicable CMS requirements and carrier rules. If information collected by a third-party marketing organization for Medicare Advantage or Part D marketing or enrollment would be shared with another such organization, we will obtain the individual's prior express written consent when required. A general inquiry or marketing-text opt-in does not itself grant that separate consent. Coverlynx is an independent insurance business, not Medicare.gov or a government agency.
Cookies and social platforms
The site and its service providers may use cookies or similar technology to operate the pages and understand use. Browser controls can limit cookies. Meta processes activity on its own Facebook and Instagram services according to its notices; information you submit on those platforms may be provided to us for your inquiry.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for the time needed to handle your request, maintain business and consent records, and meet applicable legal obligations. To ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or change communication preferences, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be kept for legal or compliance reasons.
We may update this notice by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
